
The SP-FSC842D and SP-FSC872D combine the parallel double-needle lockstitch capability of the 8-series with a free-arm (cylinder-bed) configuration — enabling the double stitching of tubular components such as trouser leg hems, waistbands, sleeve cuffs and shirt plackets. The FSC842D provides a 4 mm needle gauge for close twin-stitch lines while the FSC872D offers a 7 mm gauge for wider parallel stitch placement. Both models feature servo motor drive, automatic thread trimming, programmable back-tack and independent left/right needle tension control.
Cylinder-bed free-arm allows double-needle stitching of tubular components — trouser hems, waistbands, sleeve cuffs and plackets — without flattening the tube.
FSC842D (4 mm) for narrow parallel stitch lines on shirts and sportswear; FSC872D (7 mm) for wider twin-stitch on jeans, trousers and heavy garments.
